Brian Gearing brings over 7 years of solar industry experience to Trust Solar, plus a lifetime of dedication to customer service and public service in his role as a sales professional, manager, Peace Corps volunteer, teacher and mentor. His commitment to honesty and transparency led him to join the team at Convert Solar in 2022, and in 2024, he established Trust Solar, allowing him to leverage his professional network at Convert with his community connections in Richmond and throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
